dim sum and steamboat

Last Friday during the long lunch break, we went to Giant Kelana Jaya and tried a new restaurant there. It’s called “Jom Priok” and serves halal dim sum and steamboat. We had so much to eat, which resulted in me having to go through liquid diet over the weekend to shed the extra pounds.

Jom Priok, anyone?

Dim sum menu with 20 different varieties. It reminded me of Kak Lieya who has been craving for this.

If you are not into dim sum or steamboat, there’s also ala carte menu with nasi lemak, chicken chop, claypot yee mee etc.

Our steamboat stuffs!

Prawns, cuttlefish and a weird looking carrot slice that served no purpose.

My milo dinosaur – they call it T-Rex milo, tapi saya still panggil milo dinosaur jugak! And Zaza’s fresh orange.

Tangan gebu Liza menayang caramel pudding.

Steaming the boat! Half was clear soup, half was tom yam.

Dim sum – fried ones.

Dim sum – steamed ones.

That’s the place.

As I said, it’s at Giant Kelana Jaya, tempat permainan saya dan rakan2 sekerja. They also serve buffet steamboat, which has a really huge spread. The food tastes good, all of us enjoyed every bite. Definitely worth another visit!
